Our Story
While working with insurance and investment brokerages on financial projects and personal planning, we observed and realized their time-consuming task of calculating compensation for their agents. Administrative staff and accountants would spend hours every week to perform commissions calculations using a collection of tools and sources that include Excel spreadsheets, in-house software, paper printouts and external data sources. The complexities of the many different compensation structures for insurance and investment plans were not consolidated into one manageable software system which made it difficult to reconcile records. We decided to address their cries for help with a solution that manages all agent compensation allocation needs.

Stanley has been in the software development industry for over 18 years with focus on corporate infrastructure development since 2009. He is passionate and enthusiastic about infrastructure design and systems backbone software development. His experience includes technology management for start-up companies, providing infrastructure software for rapid expansion.

Hanson Tai
Hanson has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry where he coordinated with senior management, corporate lawyers and accountants to produce financial documents and portfolio packages for IPOs and investor reports. His attention to detail ensures all data is presented accurately and effectively.
Ivan Chan
Ivan has over 18 years in technology management with experience in systems and business analysis. He has contributed to technology projects in social services for the BC government and online transition projects for various businesses. His dedication continues to produce results; this was recognized with a student engagement award while completing a Technology MBA at Simon Fraser University.
