This policy describes the information we process to support clients of XBO Technologies Ltd (Products and Services which required permisson access thru your current service provider).

What kind of information do we collect?
To provide the best experience by the product XBO Technologies Ltd offers, we may required your profile and access to the services you are currently using. (Such as Email, and basic user information with profile pictures etc)

Things you and others do and provide:
- Information and content you provide. We collect the content, service access and other information you provide when you use our Products on features that required your permission, including when you sign up for an account. Our systems automatically store the permission to access the services that you are currently using in order to process thru services that you are currently required.
- Your usage. Based on your permission, we will be using your permission to execute same or similar service on your behalf such as email.

Device Information:
- We do not store any device infromation in our system.

Sharing with Third-Party Partners:
We will not share your permission access to any third party partners. If sharing is required in the future, we will be sending concent inquiry to you before we will proceed such action.

How can I manage or delete information about me?
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our Products and Services, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first.
You can simply go back into System Settings and remove the settings that we required your permission. You may also contact admin@xbo-t.com and we will be remove the related permission from our system. (Please allow two business days to process such request.)
